Help with Lumi on iPhone

AI or Daily Brief is unavailable

Confirm the iPhone has an internet connection, then retry once. Previously cached information remains available where possible. Lumi does not pretend that an on-device fallback is an AI response.

Calendar or tasks do not appear

Open iOS Settings → Privacy & Security, confirm Calendar and Reminders access for Lumi, then reopen the app. Creating, editing, and deleting items uses Apple Calendar and Reminders on your device.

Speech input is unavailable

Microphone and Speech Recognition are requested only after you tap the microphone. If access was denied, enable both permissions in iOS Settings. Lumi does not save raw audio recordings.

Sign-in help

You can continue anonymously or link Apple or Google from Lumi → Settings → Account. Linking upgrades the current anonymous account so existing data remains associated with the same Lumi user.

Delete data or account

Use Lumi → Settings to delete conversation history or local data. Use Settings → Account to delete a linked account. Calendar events, Reminders, and iOS permission choices are managed separately.
